CIP SKID - TAN HIEP PHAT FACTORY, BINH DUONG (2022)

+ Scope of work:

The CIP Skid is used for cleaning the filling machine of the pure water production line, with the capacity of 30m3/h. HTEN provide a full package for the project, include:

• Design, construct and install the mechanical  & electrical parts.
• Supply equipment.
• Program the control & monitoring software. The Skid is controlled by PLC Siemens S7-1200, the SCADA was built on TP1200 HMI Basic.
• Training technicians and hand over the operating manuals.
