COCONUT WATER & COCONUT MILK PROCESSING SYSTEM - CPAVI FACTORY, PHILIPPINES (2021)

HTEN provide the electrical & automation parts for the coconut water and coconut milk production system, including:

• Supply the electrical panels
• Program the control and monitoring software for areas: Reception area, Buffer area, Pasteurizer area, Mixing area and Storage area. The system is controlled by Rockwell PLC Controllogix 5570 and the SCADA was built on Intouch.
• Commissioning online
• Upgrade the existing Production & CIP system of the factory.
• Training technicicans and hand over the operation manuals.
