Hoang Thinh provide full package for the concrete batching plant in Ganh Dau, Phu Quoc. Technology specifications:
- Batching plant type: Portable (not fixed into the land)
- Capacity: 150 m3/h.
- Sicoma mixer MAO5250/3500, capacity 3.5m3/batch.
- 4 Cement silo, each one contain 120 tons.
- 5 Aggregate bins.
- Suppy aggregate to bins by screw conveyor, that controlled by Siemens Logo PLC.
- 2 independent cement weighing system.
- Water weighing system: 2 seperate inlet pipe correspondent to 2 outlet pump.
- 2 Dust filter system (MIX/Italy) with 38 m2 of gas exhaust area, exclude dust by dust filter bag and automatic aerate technology.
- 2 Water chiller system.
